Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- Completed an ACGME, RCPSC or CFPC residency in FM, IM, preventive medicine, EM, OB/GYN, pediatrics or anaesthesia; eligible for New Mexico licence, DEA, Medicaid and Medicare enrolment (psychiatrists apply to the addiction psychiatry fellowship)
- International applicants
- International medical graduates welcome; valid ECFMG certificate needed before New Mexico licensure
- Visa support
- Valid work permit or eligibility for J-1 visa; H-1 visas not sponsored
- Licence requirement
- Must be eligible for a New Mexico medical licence and federal DEA
