- GCPS-trained specialist (Membership) with full Medical and Dental Council of Ghana registration and one year post-membership work in Ghana (waivable for priority specialties such as Anaesthesia / top performers); Ghanaian specialists trained abroad with MDC specialist registration and 2 years' practice in Ghana

- Non-Ghanaian specialists trained abroad may submit a written application with CV and evidence of qualifications to the Rector's Office for vetting by the faculty
