- Completed prerequisite specialty: Cardiology or Paediatric Cardiology (must be finished by 1 March 2027).

- Open to Mexican and foreign physicians; foreign applicants submit passport and foreign medical degree, and those accepted must hold major medical insurance valid 1 March 2027 – 29 February 2028.
