Eligibility and visa

Eligibility
Graduate of an LCME- or AOA-accredited US/Canadian school, or international graduate with a valid ECFMG certificate; enrolled in or graduated from an ACGME-accredited (or international equivalent) otolaryngology residency; eligible for Arkansas medical, Arkansas controlled-substance and DEA licences
