Eligibility
Board eligible for the American Board of Otolaryngology–HNS, American Board of Surgery or American Board of Plastic Surgery (or Canadian equivalent); International Track applicants as per AHNS rules
International applicants
Accepted via the AHNS 'International Track': applicants who trained outside the US/Canada must have completed (or be completing) a non-ACGME/non-RCPSC residency in otolaryngology, general surgery or plastic surgery and hold ECFMG certification
Visa support
Institution policyUW Health hosts ECFMG-sponsored J-1 physicians; does not sponsor H-1B or accept F-1 OPT for GME training
Licence requirement
Institution policyAppropriate Wisconsin medical licence for the PG level required as a condition of appointment
