- Medical degree (médico); no more than 5 years since graduation at registration closing; age rule of Decreto 1519/GCBA/07

- Foreign applicants need an Argentine DNI or a Dirección Nacional de Migraciones temporary/permanent residence act (precarious residence certificate allows registration but not appointment); foreign degrees must be convalidated by the national education authority or revalidated by a national (public) university before registration
