- Completed specialisation in paediatrics at a national or foreign university by the start of the subspecialty. Applicants must be a registered médico cirujano with the title registered at SUNEDU, enrolled and in good standing with the Colegio Médico del Perú, have taken the ENAM and completed SERUMS

- Prior paediatrics specialisation may be from a national or foreign university; Peruvian registration requirements (SUNEDU, CMP, ENAM, SERUMS) apply
