Completed an ACGME-accredited DR residency in the US or RCPSC/CFPC-accredited residency in Canada; ABR board eligible/certified; USMLE Steps 1, 2 (and 3 if eligible); permanent residency or US citizenship; valid NY licence for non-accredited programmes.
