Eligibility and visa

- Fellowship: completed ophthalmology residency (minimum 4 years) and specialist title in a UEMS member country, eligibility to register with the host national medical board, fluency in the national language and English, two references, up to 7 years after specialist diploma; surgical track requires at least 100 cataract surgeries. Observership: young ophthalmologist or resident with an interest in glaucoma working and residing in Europe
