- Completed the prerequisite (direct-entry) specialty before 1 March 2027; average ≥8.0/10; Constancia de Selección from the Examen Nacional para Aspirantes a Residencias Médicas (ENARM); pass INP knowledge exam and interview
- International applicants
- National and foreign doctors cannot be accepted to residencies without the CIFRHS selection certificate naming the site; foreign and national admits must present current life-support certifications by 1 March 2027
