Eligibility and visa

Eligibility
UEG Young Associates who are clinicians in digestive health, fluent in English (min. B2), residing in Europe, a Mediterranean-bordering country or a UEG National Member Society country, and in the last two years of clinical training or within 2 years of completion; one participation only. Host minimum experience: Basic endoscopic skills such as gastroscopies and sigmoidoscopies. Host prefers: Medical gastroenterologist / hepatologist, Surgeon (with GI focus).
International applicants
Yes – host should ideally be in a different country from the home institution; host notes for EU/non-EU citizens: Acceptance of the application from the hospital's manager

Not provided – visa arrangements are the fellow's responsibility
