Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- Indonesian specialist in dermatology, venereology and aesthetics (Sp.DVE) (domestic or foreign graduate; foreign-trained specialists need an adaptation certificate from a collegium-recognised institution); legalised specialist diploma; valid specialist STR; collegium recommendation; employer consent if employed; signed statement to comply with RSUD Dr. Soetomo/FK UNAIR rules; family consent. Sp.DVE diploma and transcript; ELPT/TOEFL >= 500; evidence of interest; mental-health test package at RSUD Dr. Soetomo psychiatry department; priority to applicants from DVE education institutions or tertiary-care hospitals.

- Online registration via PPMB Universitas Airlangga (ppmb.unair.ac.id), selection fee, TPA and English test, then programme subject exam, health test/MMPI and interview; hard-copy documents for stage-1 passers

- Self-funded or sponsored; fees 2026/2027: UKT Rp 25,000,000 per semester plus one-off IPI Rp 40,000,000. Ministry of Health study-assignment candidates need a letter confirming MoH/health office covers UKT and IPI
