Bachelor of Medicine GPA ≥3.00 and professional medical programme GPA ≥3.25; ELPT/TOEFL ≥450; mental evaluation by RSUD Dr. Soetomo psychiatry within 6 months; ACLS and ECG certifications; letter of assignment plan from the target agency/hospital.
