Eligibility
Completed accredited residency programmes in internal medicine and cardiology; in clinical medicine within 12 months of start; central venous access experience expected

Yes – PGME issues letter of offer for work permit application; out-of-country applicants must complete ECFMG EICS credential verification and meet CPSA English requirements
Visa support
Letter of offer provided to support work permit application
Licence requirement
Educational licence through the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) arranged via PGME after acceptance
