Add or update a programme

Propose a fellowship or submit a correction with an official source, free of charge.

Add a programme or improve an existing listing

Programme directors, coordinators and readers can propose additions or corrections free of charge. Submissions are reviewed before publication; there is no automatic publishing or paid verification.

What belongs in the directory

Clinical and research fellowships, advanced subspecialty training, and observerships with an established subspecialty focus. Basic specialty residencies, standalone degrees and courses, general observerships and centres without an identified programme are outside the directory. Some advanced training uses local residency or diploma titles; inclusion requires evidence of its post-specialty or subspecialty scope.

Information to include

  1. Programme name, institution, department, country and city.
  2. Specialty, subspecialty and evidence of advanced training scope.
  3. An official programme page with the duration and eligibility, where published.
  4. Current intake, application route, deadline and programme contact page.
  5. Separate official sources for fees, salary, registration and sponsorship if those details are published.

Missing details can remain visibly unknown. You do not need to invent or estimate them to propose a programme.

Propose a programme

The email link opens a draft in your mail app. Review it and send it to submit your request; clicking the link alone does not send anything.

Correct an existing programme

Include the programme name, its directory URL, the detail to change, and a dated official source. Please use your institutional email address if you represent a programme.

What happens next

The directory team checks scope, duplication and supporting sources. We may request clarification. Sending a proposal does not guarantee publication, a response deadline or a fellowship place.

Do not send passports, patient information, application documents or other sensitive personal information. Submit applications through the programme’s official route.
