FRCPC-certified/eligible anaesthesiologist; or anaesthesia residency in an RCPSC-approved jurisdiction with specialty in anaesthesia; or Practice Eligibility Route assessment plus ≥1 year of postgraduate anaesthesia training at a Canadian academic centre; CMPA membership eligibility and personal medical insurance required
