Medical degree from a university recognised by the Medical Council of Canada; completed anaesthesia residency recognised by the College; English proficiency (IELTS academic 7.0 each, OET-Medicine B, or CELPIP-General 9) within the last 24 months
International applicants
Yes – IMGs must be approved by the Western PGE Office; non-Canadian-trained anaesthesiologists complete a 4–8 week pre-entry assessment
