- Indonesian orthopaedic and traumatology specialist (Sp.OT) with diploma, specialist competence certificate (Serkom), specialist STR and a valid SIP; Signed statement of having worked as an Sp.OT for at least 1 year (July 2026 notice; the January 2026 notice required at least 2 years); Recommendation / assignment letter from the home institution and stamped integrity pact to return to the home institution for at least 2 years; Physical health certificate and mental health certificate from a psychiatrist (SpKJ); Statement of not currently undergoing disciplinary sanction; Logbook of at least the last 1 year highlighting procedures relevant to the chosen track; Pass Kolegium/peer-group administrative verification, peer-group written examination and interview with the Kolegium, peer group and host hospital
