Eligibility
Physicians: medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS) and active unrestricted US medical licence by application (ACGME trainees may apply with a training licence but need an unrestricted licence by start); MPH or one year of public health work strongly encouraged. Veterinarians, nurses/PAs, other doctoral clinicians and doctoral scientists also eligible under separate criteria

US citizens or US permanent residents only; the programme is currently unable to process applications from non-US citizens without permanent resident status
