Eligibility and visa

- Board certified (Tier One or Tier Two) in the main specialty by start of academic year; typically within 5 years of residency completion and not out of practice >24 months; English test (IELTS Academic 6 or TOEFL iBT 80) if trained in non-English health system; DHA licensing
